Will Ferrell Debuts "Newer, Hipper," Drone-Using Santa Claus on 'Tonight Show'...

http://freewallpaperpremium.blogspot.com/ - Will Ferrell stopped by The Tonight Show on Wednesday night to promote his new movie Daddy's Home. But instead of talking about his new comedy with Mark Wahlberg, hitting theaters on Christmas, Ferrell was more stoked about another project.

"I'm the new Santa Claus," said Ferrell, in character as the new Santa, after walking out sporting a sleeveless Santa suit, red-and-white printed shorts, a shaggy blond wig, a goatee and a Bluetooth earpiece.

"Look, brah, the Kris Kringle we all grew up with is old and lame. Dude looks like someone's weird grandpa," said Ferrell's Santa. "Kids today are demanding a newer, hipper, more badass Santa Claus. So, uh, you're welcome."

Ferrell's Santa carried a camouflage sack and used a not-so-powerful T-shirt gun to (attempt to) shoot T-shirts into the crowd. On the shirt: the face of Ferrell's new Santa and "Daddy's Home!"

"It's more than nice, it's noice," said Ferrell's new Santa, adding that he delivers gifts via drones.

"Old Santa used to do his reindeer thing, sliding down chimneys, stuffing stockings; that's just not my style," said Ferrell's new Santa. "It's the year of the drone. You just tell Santa what you want. I punch in some numbers in the computer, check to make sure you're in the drone zone, and you get the special D from Mr. C, case Claus'd."

Instead of delivering presents on Christmas Eve, Ferrell's new Santa is chilling "down in Cabo."

Ferrell's new Santa, who sits in people's laps instead of having them sit in his, is also a big Smash Mouth fan and belted out a few lines of "All Star" and a Christmas version with Jimmy Fallon.
